Fantastic Location, Cozy and Clean

easy transfers helpful staff

The location was perfect. It was close to the station, made transfers from the airport easy. The shower was also fantastic, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were helpful and kept our bags after checkout, I appreciated this service.

fantastic location clean room helpful staff

the location is fantastic, close to the train station! the room was clean and of a decent size. the staff were polite and very helpful, a real plus!

Fantastic Stay!

early check-in cute room excellent location

The staff offered early check-in to my room. The room was cute with some wine. An elevator was available and nice wide stairs were also accessible. The location is excellent, with access to many historical sites.

The room was quite small, and the temperature was too high. A fan was available, but it did little to improve the room temperature. Street noise made sleep difficult, even with the windows open.

chipped paint internet connection

The room seemed a little worn. i noticed chipped paint and some scratches on the faucet. the internet connection was spotty. It only worked for about ten minutes at a time. this made it difficult to plan my day.

convenient location helpful staff comfortable bed

the location was very convenient near friedrichstrasse station and the river spree. i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who allowed me to store my luggage. the room featured good-sized windows, which let in plenty of light , and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was clean , and sufficient toiletries were provided.

the tv in the room was not a smart tv , and there were limited options for non-german speaking guests. the wifi signal was also unreliable and did not function well. this made it difficult to stream content or browse the internet. i hope the hotel can improve its wifi service and entertainment options in the future.

the location suited me. the hotel was very close to transport and also to great cafes. i found the staff to be wonderful.

my room was HOT. the fan did little to cool the room. the mattress felt spongy.

i stayed in a double room it included basic amenities the bathroom was clean with sufficient toiletries. i found the staff to be polite and helpful access to a lift was available which is good with mobility issues.
